NJ Roller Derby Hopefuls – So You Wanna Skate With the Jerzey Derby Brigade?

You must be female, 18 and older, able to pay monthly dues, supply own gear, obtain USARS insurance (requires a one time payment of $45), commit to weekly practices and monthly bouts, and willing to accept that bruises are sexy. How About Being a Ref?

Refs can be male or female, and must be able to commit to weekly practices and monthly bouts, know how to skate either on blades and/or quads. Must adhere to the JDB Code of Conduct, and like hanging around with tough NJ derby chicks! Also must obtain the required USARS insurance (one time payment of $45). Must be 21 or older.

Can’t Skate? That’s Okay. We Still Need You.

Male or female NSOs (non-skating officials) are always needed! Sitting in the penalty box timing the bad girls, penalty tracking out on the rink, keeping score of the jammers, running the merchandise table, and tons more non-skating NJ derby stuff is available to do! Must be 18 or older. Also must obtain the required USARS insurance (one time payment of $45).
